Pork cooked with ginger

At the dinner time of family reunion, a soothing home-made dish can wash everyone’s fatigue for a day. The ginger pork introduced by Ariel today, with warm ginger and pork slices, a simple and good taste can become the taste of “home” in our mind.
Materials

Plum pork 500g, soy sauce 2 tbsp, water about 30ml, ginger mud 2 tbsp, soy sauce 3 tbsp, sugar 2 tbsp, rice wine 2 tbsp

Practice

1. Marinate the pork slices for about 20 minutes.

2. In the oil pan, add the marinated pork slices and stir fry until they are medium cooked.

3. Add the remaining soy sauce and water into step 2. Cook slowly until the sauce is dry!
