Plum pork 500g, soy sauce 2 tbsp, water about 30ml, ginger mud 2 tbsp, soy sauce 3 tbsp, sugar 2 tbsp, rice wine 2 tbsp
1. Marinate the pork slices for about 20 minutes.
2. In the oil pan, add the marinated pork slices and stir fry until they are medium cooked.
3. Add the remaining soy sauce and water into step 2. Cook slowly until the sauce is dry!
