Materials

Cream cheese 250g, salt free Cream 30g, 5 eggs, sugar 50g, biscuit bottom – almond shortbread 120g, biscuit bottom – cream 30g

Practice

1. Melt the cream in water first. Set aside

2. Beat the almond crispy cake with a rolling dough stick, mix well with the melted cream, spread it on the bottom of the 8-inch cake mold, press it flat, and refrigerate it for 20 minutes

3. Beat cream cheese and sugar with a blender until smooth and free of granules. Add melted cream and mix well

4. Beat up the eggs, pour in the cheese and stir well

5. Take out the biscuit body, pour the cheese and into it, tap the cake mold slightly to let the bubbles out, put it into the oven that has been preheated to 150 ℃, bake for 45 minutes (without touching the surface) (the oven temperature and baking time shall be adjusted according to each oven)

6. Cool the cake and put it in the fridge for 2h, then cut it into pieces
