Chicken 1, peeled pepper and pepper juice, ginger 3-4, vinegar 1 tbsp


1. Scald the chicken with hot water and vinegar until the dirty foam comes out

2. Wash the pot and add the chicken, water, peeled chilli and peeled chilli juice

3. Turn the water to low heat and cook for 30min, then add ginger slices and cook for 30min
